Job Description

Under the supervision of the Building Official, the Mechanical Inspector performs inspections to ensure the health and safety of persons in the Township relating to the construction of all commercial and residential structures in compliance with the Michigan Building Code, Township Code and zoning ordinance. Conducts plan reviews of construction plans for code compliance as required.
