2025-2029 Strategic Plan
The Township's strategic plan is a living document that creates a framework and the steps needed to meet and exceed our community's needs over the next several years. The process for completing the strategic plan was overseen by a Strategic Planning Committee, and the content of the plan was determined through broad input from the Bloomfield Township community, Board of Trustees, department leaders, and staff.
As a result, the Strategic Plan identified 5 Priorities for the Township to focus on:
- Vibrant Lifestyle
- Welcoming Community
- Enhance Community Character
- Reliable Infrastructure
- Best-in-Class Government

Progress Report
The plan is implemented by department staff with guidance and direction from the Township Board. Residents, businesses and stakeholder organizations can track the Township's progress and understand the impact of the strategic goals and objectives in their daily lives.
