The following appeals will be heard:
1T.) The owner of the property at 810 Highwood Dr. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Requests for the following items, Section 13 Eastover Farms No.1 Lot 109:
- A 6 ft. high fountain located in the rear yard;
- A 4 ft. high dog enclosure fence located in the Squirrel Rd. secondary frontage.
- The owner of the property at 3249 Bradway Blvd. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request to construct an addition to an existing nonconforming garage that will encroach 1 ft. into the required 16 ft. side yard setback.
- The owner of the property at 5385 Longmeadow Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Request for a previously approved pool house that exceeds the 50% of ground floor area requirement, and for converting an existing tennis court into a seasonal ice rink, including theinstallation of three additional chillers, each 3 ft. above ground, within a groundmounted mechanical area located in the northeast section of the court, not immediately adjacent to the house, and setback at least 16 ft. from all property lines setback at least 16 ft. from all property lines.
- The owner of the property at 3289 Devon Brook Dr. is seeking approval for a Permission Request to install a 10 ft. by 16 ft. by 10 ft. high shed in the rear yard and setback at least 16 ft. from all lot lines.
- The owner of the property at 4906 Charing Cross Rd. is seeking approval for Permission Requests and Dimensional Variance Requests to construct a 22 ft. by 24 ft. by 31 ft. high detached garage in the front yard.
- The owner of the property at 6700 Mark Ct. is seeking approval for Dimensional Variance Requests to install pool equipment in the Whysall Rd. secondary frontage and not located immediately adjacent to the house.
- The owner of the property at 3539 Walbri Dr. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Request to install a 4 ft. high dog enclosure fence connecting to an existing 5 ft. high fence, located in the Squirrel Rd. secondary frontage.
- The owner of the property at 1595 Kirkway Rd. is seeking approval for Permission Requests and Dimensional Variance Requests to install four masonry non-illuminated piers, located in the front yard.
- The owner of the property at 3720 Millspring Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Request to install a 6 ft. high dog containment fence in the Squirrel Rd. secondary frontage where a maximum height of 4 ft. is required.
- The owner of the property at 3747 Franklin Rd. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request to construct a home addition that will encroach 8 ft. into the required 16 ft. southerly side yard setback.
- The owner of the property at 3063 Franklin Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Request to construct a detached garage that will encroach 9 ft. into the required 16 ft. northerly side yard setback.
- The owner of the property at 351 Marlborough Dr. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request to install a 6 ft. high dog containment fence encroaching 16 ft. into the required 16 ft. side yard setback and 25 ft. into the required 25 ft. rear yard setbacks.
- The owner of the property at 4680 Pickering Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and a Dimensional Variance Request to install a pergola in the westerly side yard.
- The owner of the property at 1085 Northover Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request to install a greenhouse in the rear yard and setback at least 16 ft. from all property lines.
- The owner of the property at 4525 Charing Cross Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Request to construct a 16 ft. high pool house that exceeds the 14 ft. maximum permitted height and that exceeds the 50% of ground floor area requirement.
- The owner of the property at 3570 Berkshire Dr. is seeking approval for a Dimensional Variance Request to install a dog containment fence encroaching 16 ft. into the required 16 ft. northerly sideyard setback and 25 ft. into the required 25 ft. rear yard setback.
- The owner of the property at 2688 S. Indian Mound Rd. is seeking approval for Permission Requests and Dimensional Variance Requests to construct the following:
- A golf simulator, located in the rear yard and 16 ft. from all property lines;
- A home addition encroaching 2 ft. into the required 16 ft. westerly side yard setback.
- The owner of the property at 1760 Hamilton Dr. is seeking approval for Permission Requests and Dimensional Variance Requests to install the following:
- An 8 ft. by 3 ft. by 2 ft. high fire pit, located in the rear yard and setback 16 feet from all property lines.
- A two-tiered retaining wall with a combined height of 12 ft. located in the rear.
- A retaining wall located in the westerly side yard, varying in height due to grade changes, with a maximum height of 7 ft., where a maximum height of 2 ft. is required, and setback 1 ft. from the side yard lot line.
- The owner of the property at 220 S. Williamsbury Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and a Dimensional Variance Request to install a 5 ft. tall dog enclosure, connecting to an existing fence, encroaching 16 ft. into the required 16 ft. side yard setback and 25 ft. into the required 25 ft. rear yard setback.
- The owner of the property at 2343 S. Telegraph Rd. is seeking approval for a Permission Request and Dimensional Variance Request for Costco to construct an exterior restroom in the side yard and setback at least 16 ft. from all property lines.
