Reservations
Transportation to BTSS must be scheduled a minimum of 3-5 business days prior to appointment(s). Please use the BTSS quarterly Newsletter or the BTSS website to make plans in advance for fitness classes, trips, social events at the Center. Your scheduled pick up time may be as much as 90 minutes before class/event start during high demand periods. Please be ready 30 minutes before your scheduled pick up time and be watching for the shuttle to arrive at your home. Also note that pick up times can be as much as 30 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. Understand that wait time may be incurred after your class/event based on the route schedule for the day and the number of participants.
Transportation requests are not guaranteed but are based on availability of drivers and vehicles and patron demand. Requests will be handled on a first in, first served basis. Request for service scheduled with the Transportation Coordinator, Jeff Howes, email or call 248-723-3500.
Cancellations
Please make cancellations as soon as possible or no less than 2 hours in advance of pick up. Frequent cancellations that negatively impact service to others may reduce eligibility.
